This Programme is focused on developing the operational capacity of VOICE GHANA team including our Human Resource and Administrative Systems, as well as Infrastructure in order to continue delivering on our mandate. The Programme is also focused on providing Organisational Development (OD) support including literacy and numeracy skills training and skills in record keeping and financial management and control for our disability Self-help Groups and other interested grassroot organisations of persons with disabilities.
